What is Your Child’s SAQ, and Why is it Important?
SAQ stands for speed, agility, and quickness! If your child plays sports at ANY level, improving their SAQ is important to improving their success on the field of play, and perhaps most importantly, proper SAQ training can also help PREVENT INJURY!
Join us at our SAQ Summer Camp for Girls! Here your girl athlete will get:
Ø Strength Training (adding strength improves speed!)
Ø Speed Training (including important instruction on Deceleration and Proper Landing)
Ø Agility and Quickness drills
